The pressure
Many executives and team leads are under pressure to adopt AI, agents and automation, and lack people with real hands-on experience.
Applied AI company · Quebec, Canada
We work on the operational frontier. We put AI, agents and automation into production: chosen for your constraints, built with your teams, made to hold.
Research frontier
Where models are invented.
AI moves faster than experience.

Operational frontier
Where AI has to perform in production, inside a real company.
// 01 why gitsilence
#1
Many executives and team leads are under pressure to adopt AI, agents and automation, and lack people with real hands-on experience.
#2
Decisions about models, servers and agents are often made with no one at the table who has run them in production.
#3
We spent years shipping to production inside large organizations, then left to work on the operational frontier.

// 02 what we do
GitSilence helps businesses decide where AI and automation are useful, implement a defined improvement, or support the work over time. Our services cover diagnosis, implementation projects and ongoing support with results monitoring. The starting point is the business problem: the right answer may involve AI, better use of existing tools, or a simpler process.
// 03 principles
01
Run first, recommend second.
Our recommendations come from what we have run, not from what we have read.
02
The right model is the one that fits your constraints.
Cloud or local, open or commercial models, chosen for your cost, your compliance and your real needs. We sell no model, and what we deliver stays transferable.
03
When your data can’t leave, the AI comes to it.
We deploy local models and tools that keep your data inside your own infrastructure, with full traceability.
04
Leaderboards are a starting point, not a verdict.
Before we recommend a model, we evaluate it on real work.
05
A demo is not a system.
Logging, monitoring, alerts, documentation and handover come with what we ship. We don’t ship what we can’t debug.
06
We want an impact on your project, not our brand on it.
Two companies on the same side of the table.
// 04 how we work
We never arrive empty-handed. We bring building blocks that already run in production.
We audit it and improve it.
Usually a couple of weeks
We learn how your company works, task by task, and find where AI will have the most impact. Then we propose.
Often a few months, renewable
We build with your teams, then hand over what we built.
Typically weekly
With your leadership, we review the value delivered.
Orders of magnitude, not contract terms.

Frédéric (Joe) Pageau
Co-founder
GitSilence designs, builds and operates AI systems on infrastructure it controls. We combine product design with hands-on engineering to help businesses turn new capabilities into practical tools, shaped around their workflows and constraints.
As co-founder, Joe shapes the vision and design of GitSilence’s products and systems—from features and tools to the pipelines that bring them into everyday use. His work connects what a system should make possible with how it is built, integrated and used.
He brings twenty years of production experience in games, including technical direction roles at Ubisoft and Behaviour Interactive, leading pipelines, rendering performance and cross-disciplinary teams. That background is where the rigor comes from.
Maxime Roy
Co-founder
Maxime builds and operates GitSilence’s AI systems alongside his co-founder on the company’s own infrastructure. This direct involvement in development and operations informs the company’s work helping clients put AI to use within their business constraints.
He brings an emphasis on version control, code review and development process, backed by engineering experience in clinical image analysis, medical-device applications, machine vision and 3D imaging. His contributions extend from algorithms to user-facing software, testing and integration.
Ten years as a 3D artist before entering software engineering also give him a grounding in visual craft, digital tools and production workflows.
